By using the Drivo Travel website and booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Bookings
- All bookings must be made through our official website.
- Accurate information must be provided (name, contact details, pick-up/drop-off location, date and time).
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
2. Payments
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
- Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to be eligible for a full refund.
- Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time are non-refundable.
- If the reservation was made on the same day as the scheduled transfer, cancellation is only possible within 1 hour of the booking time and we will charge a €10 fee.
- No-shows or missed transfers are also non-refundable.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@drivotravel.gr.
4. Delays and Changes
- If your flight or transport is delayed, we will do our best to accommodate, provided you inform us in advance.
- Any requested changes (e.g., pick-up time or location) must be made at least 24 hours before the service.
5. Passenger Responsibility
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate details and be at the designated pick-up point on time.
- Drivo Travel is not liable for missed connections or delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure.
6. Liability
- Drivo Travel is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during transport.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your information.
8. Use of Website
- You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with its functionality.
- All content on this site (text, images, logos) is the property of Drivo Travel and may not be copied without permission.
9. Changes to Terms
Drivo Travel reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
