At Drivo Travel, we aim to provide reliable and high-quality transport services. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully before making a booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to be eligible for a full refund.
- Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time are non-refundable.
- No-shows or missed transfers are also non-refundable.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us via email only at info@drivotravel.gr. Be sure to include your booking reference number and full name in your email.
Processing Time
If your cancellation meets the above conditions, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.
